WOYWW #512= The After Concert Edition.

We're back from our weekend away. The concerts- Birmingham Friday & Prestatyn on Saturday- were both fantastic, we had a great time.

As always, Wednesday id Desk Sharing Day over at Julias place, The Stamping Ground.

Couple of pics for you here.

You really have to see the drum kit to believe it- it's enormous.

Beside the sea, so we had to go down to the beach, then as it was lovely & sunny, an Ice Cream was in order. ( Julia did confirm it's the Law!)

Having a look around the area during the day on Saturday, and came across Dyserth Waterfall, right on the edge of the town.

Took a short video on my phone.

So no crafting till we got back, and I got the Mothers Day cards finished. Based off a design I've used for Birthday cards, using Honey Doo stamps. Putting them down here so they don't show on FB, lol.
Speaking of FB, I'm putting this question in case anyone has any ideas. I have a crafting & blogging friend, and every time she- or anyone- tries to post a link to her blog posts on FB, it says it goes against their Community Standards. So, you ask for a review, telling them it's not spam, they review it, agree they got it wrong, then allow the post. Next time she tries to post, the same thing happens again! There doesn't seem to be any way to speak to a human being, and the Help Forum is totally misnamed! We suspect someone has maybe in the past marked her posts as spam, and that's what's causing the problem. But there doesn't seem any way of getting FB to sort it out. If anyone has any ideas, they'd be most welcome.
Just got a Wedding card to make, then I'll be back to the glittering, lol.
So, all that brings me to .......And Finally.......

Anyone who wanted details about this years Extra Special, Super Duper 10th Birthday Crop, you can get all the info in Julias post, HERE.

Snap, funny how we both have waterfall pictures to share today. The concerts and trip to Wales look fun. I think Lynne is going to end up changing the name of her blog. Another friend had the same problem with FB and once she changed her blog name it was resolved. I'll be at the crop! Happy WOYWW. Sarah #?

Good morning, Shaz. You are about early today. Love the cards and really enjoyed the video. Thanks for all your efforts on behalf of my friend. It is so wrong that you cannot get hold of a real human being to sort these problems out once and for all. Have a great day. xxx Maggie (Silvercrafter)

Sorry, not got a clue how to help re FB and the OH is not a FB person so he can't help either. Hope she gets some answers from somewhere.
Love the photos from your trip away - very atmospheric photos from the concerts and a great video of the waterfall for us to enjoy.
Have to say i do like the cards you made, you do some lovely ones and I really like the Honey Doo cards you make.
Have a good week Shaz.

Looks like you had a great weekend away Shaz and an icecream is a must whilst down at that beach. Did you stay over night on the camp? The last time we went there was all sorts of shenanigans going on jumping on to mattresses from balconies and surfboarding on ironing boards... oh the fun of it all!
The waterfall in Dyserth is beautiful. Just as your Mother's day cards.

Hello...quite impressed with the drum kit (although I HAVE seen bigger!!). I'm also thinking you look a bit trimmer - is it the new diet?
Love the cards - as always.
Hope you are well - one of us has the whooping cough (since before Christmas)!!

Great pics from a fantastic weekend!! Did they have the amps turned up to 11?!! ;-). Lovely sight of the waterfall too, you had such great weather. Love those MD cards, so pretty.

Your friend must have a word in her blog title that keeps interfering with the check bots. Probably incredibly innocuous! I can’t even get my blog to link into Facebook when I post anymore, so I’m not going to be of any help I’m afraid! Your weekend looks great, I love a memory like that. Your music taste is too fierce for me, but I love that you still revel in the live expereince enough to travel! Your Mother’s Day cards are gorgeous, those flowers are perfect and trembly like real petals.

I love the pics Shaz, and that's some drum-kit... are you deaf now? I don't know much about FB so I cannot help in this matter... it 'takes' my links without any trouble. Hope your friend gets it sorted out! I would LOVE to be present at the birthday crop but my budget doesn't alow it...bummer! Happy woyww amd a hug from Holland. Marit #18

Looks like you had a good little break with lots of fun things to do and see. The cards are very pretty and I like your little meme.... my trick these days is to put it in my basket and walk away ... I often forget to go back lol. I'm only trying to fool myself, ridiculous behavior really. I see the crop is all official now (again, missed that post, don't seem to get notifications for anything any more. Still considering the drive though I would like to go - 10 years after all!! No idea about FB, however given some of the experiences I've had this last couple of weeks getting to talk to an actual person isn't always the answer either. Increasingly I'm beginning to think nobody employed by anyone actually knows anuthing about their job - if the 'screen' doesn't give them an answer they can't help!! Happy WOYWW, Cindy #21

Double the fun being able to combine a concert with a trip to the seaside and of course I've cream is obligatory. Lovely cards - regretfully I don't have a mum to make for now. Can't help you with your thorny problem - hope someone is able to suggest something. Had a moment thinking of all those unbought items - so many regrets, so little pocket money. Have a great week. Glad you enjoyed the concerts, Shaz, and the ice cream on the beach! That waterfall is stunning - bet it's loud, too! Thanks for your visit, and sorry you can't see my photos. Everybody's complaining about it - I can see them but this a.m. couldn't see Julia's on the iPad, but could on the laptop. I think it's google messing around again. Can I suggest you try again later? Laryngitis much better now, thanks, and I'm speaking again but still can't sing!

Hope you are well - hugs to you both.

Hi Shaz, glad you both had a great time at the concerts. We love going to gigs, even though our music tastes are quite different. Great cards, I think that might be one of the Honey Doo stamps I bought, or one very similar! Thanks for stopping by earlier, and have a lovely week, hugs Heather xx #11
