WOYWW #530- The Extreme Enabling Edition!

Indeed, due to me struggling somewhat this week- finding myself very, very breathless just moving around the house, I have done very little but sit at my PC and shop!
I have to say that the Enabler got Enabled last week- Thanks Helen (StampingbyH)- who showed a  this fab stamp set from Paper Artsy, as well as the coloured wings from Lord Tim.
As usual Wednesday means WOYWW, so I'll be popping over to leave my link with our Fabulous Leader, Julia, over at The Stamping Ground.

Speaking of Tim, these also happened to fall into my basket. I do love masks- except clown ones, they're creepy- and as well as the large ones, you get lots of small sizes too. And I can never have too many bats. Ever.

Occasionally, thoughts of Christmas cards wander through my mind, so this edger/cover type may well come in handy. That'll be some real fast cards.

Not newly bought, but thought I'd give you a better view of the Chocolate Baroque house stamps I've been working with.
This one is called English Cottages.

This one is Townhouses. Both come with an assortment of extras- trees/shrubs/signposts etc.

This is where I'm at so far, after they're coloured, I'm going to blend in some pale blue for a patch of sky behind them, and them maybe some footpath & lawn up to the house.

I've been doing the colouring with that set of Zenacolor II pencils I bought and showed you a few months ago, and for a real 'budget' price, they perform really well for what I want.
And so I'm done. Second Chemo finished, and apart from it causing extreme breathlessness this time, not too bad.

Which just leaves..................And Finally................

glad to be of service.. although you don't usually need a lot of help enabling!! glad the chemo isn't too bad, apart from the breathlessness which must be a bit scary. last week's heat won't have helped. Have a good week and happy colouring! Helen #3

Love those dies you bought. Never seen such a great bat one and I love those masks but then I love masks too. Bet I have one that you don't have (not that I have many) as it is a very old one of Spellbinders. I think it is called "Mardi Gras" - if I can find it I will run you some off some time when the back is not playing up. Mind you you might not like it, it might not be your type of mask. Will see, but at the moment cannot even get down to where they are never mind run one or two off This damned back pain - 7.5 months now and no nearer.
Love the houses, you are making such a lovely job of colouring them. Queen of colouring!
Hugs, Neet 1 xx

Hope you are less short of breath soon Shaz. Nice enabling, I am sitting on my hands at the moment as I have the new Leonie scribble dies on their way. Love the bats though, they are tempting lol. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #9

Hi Shaz. I love the bats and got those a while ago but I hadn't seen the masks. I like those but not sure how I might use them so will have to wait to see what you do with them. Christmas stuff is giving me the jitters a bit! Pleased you're not feeling too bad but I know you can beat it. Have a great woyww and a happy creative week, Angela x13x

I'm taking a quick break from cutting squares for my quilt and enjoying a coffee while I catch up on a few of my favourite blogs.
I really hope the breathlessness settles down soon for you...it's such a pain. Love the 'and finally' this week....I have many jobs like that.

I'm still in stitches over that cartoon, Shaz! So funny! Extreme enabling indeed! Nice stash, definitely tempting. I can see how those "Masquerade" dies could be useful - might just have to get those! You know what would be cool? Those two shapes on a steel rule die in real life size - though it may already exist for all I know. Hope the chemo does its job and the breathlessness subsides - the hot temperatures were probably making it even worse. Retail therapy sounds like a good distraction! Happy Wednesday! zsuzsa #16

Side affects are unpredictable in us aren’t they, hopefully nothing worse than breathlessness.. which truly is bad enough and very tiring. Praying for you in it each evening, your day, dear Shaz.
Just love those wee cottages and so understand why you bought them, you’re colouring them beautifully!
Happy WOYWW. Thanks for sharing, Shaz in Oz.x #19

Such wonderful stamps and thingies you bought Shaz! And yes, Chemo brings all sorts of side-effects (My mum had Chemo) - hope yours won't become too bad. Happy woyww and a big hug from Holland, Marit #15

Sorry the chemo has left you breathless and the clammy weather can’t be helping. Love your and finally-that sums up my life plan really.

I'm sorry to hear you've been hit by the chemo this week - the terribly hot and humid weather won't have helped at all. Hope the cooler temps will help alleviate the breathlessness. I love your new stash, especially the Season's Greetings and the townhouses, they're cute and I bet you'll get a lot of use out of them! Love the And Finally too.....

Nice job of enabling, Shaz! I love those cottages, by Chocolate Baroque! I hope you have air conditioning. I hear it is "warm" over there, which is also hard on breathing.
Take it easy and Happy Wednesday!

OmG that cartoon is ME!! Well, I’m glad it’s over and hope that the breathlessness is improving, it’s bloody hard work that. Did you report yourself to anyone about it? In the same way that I wish I could report your enabling to someone who understood.....that mask die is lovely isn’t it! I like the bats too, but wouldn’t use it. I do like the townhouses though, that image made something in my brain prick up! Colouring is about the most you should be doing, very glad to see such lovely results too.

I having seconds after Julia, that cartoon is me right NOW haa haa!!
Shaz you do not need any excuse at the moment to go shopping online, it brings us so much pleasure and even more when they fall through the door. Have fun with them, cherish them or just keep looking at them.. it's all good.
I was very tempted to those masks but as I have so many mask templates I best not... well not at the moment :D
Thanks for sharing all the lovely WoywW take care now.. Hugs Tracey #14

Sorry to hear that your chemo has made you breathless - I hope it will soon ease and you feel better. You certainly have a lot of nice bits and bobs to create with - the little buildings are lovely. I'm off to think of a few jobs that I definitely won't do today!! xx Jo

Oh Shaz, I'm so sorry to hear how poorly you've been. I hope what they gave you at A&E has continued to help a bit. I think you are amazing, carrying on crafting while you are putting up with all that. I remember feeling sooo rough with my chemo. I love your new stash, and I'm sure you are going to have a lot of fun with that. I love your funny this week - I think a lot of us identify with that! Thank you for visiting. My new kitchen gadgets are really speeding things up and hopefully they will prevent me from doing any more damage to myself with my lethal kitchen knives!

Happy belated WOYWW,

Hi Shaz, popped in looking for your CCC card today but stayed to be 'enabled'. Sorry to read that you are having problems breathing after your Chemo. Hope you are feeling better now. I missed WOYWW this week - too exhausted - but starting to catch up again now. I like the masks and share your dislike of clown ones - well, clowns in general and it's a full-blown phobia I've suffered since childhood. Hugs, Elizabeth xx
