A warm welcome to all my visitors,

Thank you for taking the time to come and look at my blog, I really do appreciate it. I would love you to leave me a comment, even if it’s just to say Hi. It means I can come visit you!

All my designs are original, so copyrighted to me. If I have been inspired by someone elses work, I have named them in the post, and where able, I have provided a link.

Please feel free to use my designs for inspiration, I just ask you to credit me, and provide a link back to my blog.

WOYWW 333

Well it's been a while folks.Far longer than I expected.10-14 days and I'd be home, they said.Huh, I spent that in the HDU! So,6 weeks later, here I am.
No picture for you,as I haven't actually made it to my craft room yet. That involves a flight of stairs, a walking stick and Hubbies supervision,as my balance is a bit unreliable.
I want to say an enormous Thank You to everyone for your good wishes, all the cards you have sent me,as well as the books and crafting goodies I've received.I know many of you were following my progress on Dougs blog, and left us many uplifting and heartfelt comments, which have been wonderful to read.
This has turned out to be a much harder recouperation than expected, and I've had to adjust my goals quite considerably as to how much I can do, and how long it's going to take.
Now I'm back home, I'll be joining our regular Wednesday snoop again, so will be round to see you all later.I'm also planning on getting into my colouring books, so hopefully I'll have something for next week to show you.

Wahoo wahoo wahoo. It's so good to see you back blogging. I've followed your progress on a daily basis but didn't trust myself to comment at times that I felt the NHS weren't doing their best for you my friend. Your progress has taken a little longer than planned but it's been in the right direction each day and slow and sure is good so keep up the good work. Lots of rest and listen to your body and you will get there......we will be here with you along the road.
Big healing hugs,
Annie x

I am so HAPPY you are back where you belong (and not just here on a Wednesday lol!) I have been following the "progress" - at least now you are home where I am sure you feel so much better. Much much love but please take it easy and don't try to do too much. Happy colouring! xx Helen 2

Welcome back! I'm so glad to see you. Don't worry about a photo. At this stage we are just so glad you are back in blogland!
Just relax, put your feet up and get your crayons out when you feel like it. (What a great invention, don't you think, colouring books for adults)
Have a healing week,
Lisca

Does not matter whether there is a photo or not just wonderful to see you have managed to post a message for us all. Now concentrate on getting well and strong. It has been hard reading what Doug had to tell us some days and uplifting others. I think the love you two have for one another just poured out in every line of his writing. Gosh, it's making me fill up all over again so I will say "bye for now"
Hugs, Neet xx 1 xx

You have no idea how lovely it is to have your name back on the link list. It doesn't matter if you have something to show or not at any stage in your recuperation, we're just happy that you're up to a bit of typing, frankly! Its always the same though gal, when you're rushed off your feet and would love to have unspecified amounts of time at home this recuperation lark sounds great. But the reality is a lot, a LOT of doing nothing and not really caring. It takes huge amounts of time to come back from it and you have it, and for that. we are truly grateful. So just get on with doing nothing for a while will ya? xxxxx

ahhhhh, dear, dear Shaz..
How wonderful to have you back in blogland .. just to see your name and hear from you is quite enough and as Julia says .. concentrate on getting better, Shaz, and I think with Doug on watch it is just what you will be doing.

His blog post was such a blessing to be kept up to date and know just how things were were not going for you and thus also for him. (even if blogger did not always play ball and could no always comment) You are a very special couple.

Prayers will be ongoing for you, for your full recovery and healing and blessing upon you both in this.
*hugs* from downunder,
Happy WOYWW 333! Shaz in Oz.x #6

Hello Shaz. Just linked up myself and found your name on the list. Well done! Just take your time recovering - it's a huge thing you have both been through. We are just so pleased that you feel up to penning a few words for us all. Give that gorgeous man of yours an enormous hug from John and I. He is lovely, and has been such a star to even have time and energy to think of all of us and share his thoughts in that blog. You take care, go easy on yourself - and take the time you need to recuperate.
Been praying for you both.
God bless.
Margaret

The craft room can wait - especially if you have adult colouring books -I have one here and one at the caravan. .and today in the Works I found a brilliant mini Christmas one with some great images. I find colouring relaxing so hope that you do too! Hoping that your recovery steps up a pace soon! Hugs, Chrisx

Oooooooh!!! WELCOME BACK Shaz! How absolutely great to see you on your blog again! We have all missed you so much. It's been great that Doug started the blog so we could all keep up with your daily progress, and have the opportunity to leave you both lots of love, and supportive and encouraging comments!

Onwards and upwards now - and forward to a full recovery!

I have now finished my chemo and am hoping for exactly the same! Feeling rough today but it will pass, and I can weather anything now I know I haven't any more sessions to face.

Oh, it's so good to see you back!

Big hugs,
Shoshi xxx
