WOYWW #204

Time is really rushing by this year, isn't it? May is here, which means I need to get started on my WOYWW 4 ATC! Not long till the crop, either. So, once again under the watchful eye of our Leader, freshly rested from her hols, Julia at The Stamping Ground, we embark on this weeks shameless display of crafting mayhem.
So here it is, in all its untidy glory, my desk this week. I sort of convinced myself that when I had a bigger desk, I'd have more room to move. Doesn't work like that though, does it? No matter how big the table, we still end up working in a space the approximate size of the project.
I've been making a batch of cards using the glittered panels, all in the previous posts, and am now trying to use up other images I've had stamped up & unused since who knows when.
The 12x12 sheep of paper is from the Chronology Papermania pack, all steampunkey. There are a few Crafty Individuals images there, along with assorted odds & ends.So a very short & sweet post this week, and I'll be visiting this morning before work, then back at it tomorrow! Have a great week everyone, catch you later.

I haven't seen steampunk paper/images for a while now, and I love it. Makes me wonder if I have anything 'steampunky' left in my stash - should be fun to use again. Happy woyww, Marit #84

Ooh we have that paper, but in 8x8. I don't think we've used any of that yet. You are so right about crafting in the smallest possible space.

Waving hi from the bears @#91 this week

You are so right about working in the space the size of our project. Or in my case the box. Stunning cards in the background.

Hi Shaz! Thanks for the kind visit this morning! Your cards are so lovely! I cracked up about the size of the desk, as I tell my self the same thing with pocketbooks, but they keep getting bigger and I am carrying more and more stuff! I may try an ATC for the WOYWW celebration, never done one before. Winnie#78

That paper is lovely, I might have to invest!

I usually have to work in a tiny space and push everything to the sides to make room!

Enjoy the rest of WOYWW. Susi #65

I love your busy desk Shaz, so many beautiful little bits to work with on there!

When I move into my summer shop, I have three large spaces to work on, but they just keep shrinking and shrinking, so I know what you mean!

I'm loving your glittered cards!

You are so right about the space we take up! I daren't make a card or an ATC or I would just fill the rest of my space with more mess!

Great desk this week.
It seems typical that crafters work in small spaces.

A busy desk or a messy desk it's one in the same. Us crafters can't create and be tidy at all lol
Great little tag too

Oh My Goodness - what craft candy you have on your desk - I love all those jewel colors. And I know what you mean about table space. I could have a room full of table top space and I would have myself down to the size of a postage stamp to work in. :-)

Good for you for trying to use up stuff, Shaz! I'm trying to do that this year, too, and considering that it's May already, I've used very bleeping little, sigh! As for the desk, the bigger the desk the more stuff goes on it, right?!!

Thanks for coming by to see me earlier! Have a wonderful week! Darnell #60

Love the new card!

Hugs about the brads. You worked so hard to get your room to perfection.
